「This little cottage was perfect for my wife and I. We started coming to the Cape in the Fall because the Summers are too crowded for us there. This cottage was nearly perfect for our stay. It is nestled in a small loop off of the road where there are a few cottages. Not bad in October but probably more bustling in the Summer. 「Our group of 11 loved this property! Having separate buildings was great for some privacy. The game barn was an absolute gem. We enjoyed hanging out there and playing pool and games. The main house is beautiful annd well stocked. All of the beds were comfortable and we had plenty of towels. We could have used an extra blanket or two, but truly we had no complaints. The house was spotless, everything was comfortable and just as described. Management was helpful with the couple questions I had.」

「Our vacation could have not been more perfect. The cottage was adoreable and roomy for two people. The weather was perfect all week. It is located very close to the beach. You can see the ocean from your personal courtyard, and the walk to the beach is no more than 1 minute. You can be set up and soaking the sun on the beach in less than 5 minutes. Plenty of papertowels, toilet paper and garbage bags provided. Two different types of coffee makers for your preference Kuerig or traditional carafe...

「We enjoyed our accommodation 100%, and it is near the beach. The house is well maintained and clean. Wonderful to have meal together with the kitchen and big table plus can hang out outside with two patios one with big outside table that you can barbeque and eat and one with cozy relaxing moments. 「Juxtaposition to the beach is unparalleled. The cottage was immaculate and very comfortable- quintessential Cape Cod feel. The beds were very comfortable and clean. Communication with the owner was very easy and they are wonderful hosts. We will recommend this cottage to everyone we know and see out opportunities in the future to stay here again!」

「The view is spectacular. House is as advertised and quite large to host 10+ people. House needs some interior lighting work and some paint in main great room. Exterior needs some work on trim and siding. Wooed deck furniture needs to be replaced as there are exposed fasteners. Front door needs to be replaced as that is the first impression when you enter. Overall, the Property Manager was extremely accommodating and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and wished it was longer.」

「Very clean and updated property! Conveniently located near the water. Comfortable place for us to rest and give my daughter/husband their space. Recommend this place and look forward to hopefully staying again. My only suggestion is to add dimmable lighting. We felt on stage in the living/kitchen area, bedroom. It would be nice to turn down bathroom light during the night.」

「Overall, the stay was great. The only exception was the room and door swipe cards. They did not work. We stayed two days and had to replace cards twice and other guests let us in twice. Super annoying since you need key cards for your room and outside doors. Beds crazy comfortable, both pools were great and super clean. Mall, dining, beaches all within short drive.
