“To start we were told after checking in that the water slides are permanently closed, we booked this hotel specifically for the water slides, we paid $75 more for the night than other comparable hotels only for the water slides. Front desk cold care less that we were unhappy. The bathroom had hair everywhere in it, the sink faucets are all rusting/rotting away, the duvet had blood on it, the room furniture was broken and pullout couch was filthy and full of crumbs. This hotel desperately needs……

“Overall, a good stay. The breakfast spread was good. However, you cannot open any of the windows. No fan in the bathroom. You have to pay $1 to get key access to the laundry, which has 1 washer and 1 dryer for ALL hotel guests. Have to pay $1 for use of the dryer. I had to sit in the laundry room to make sure I could get my laundry done. There were 5 people who wanted to do laundry after me, and one person sat with me to confirm they would be next. Had to laugh when I saw the shower gel above……

“Best place in the area to stay. The daily complementary breakfast was amazing, pool was clean, close to the city, and the room was spacious. The room itself was full of amenities to make your stay as comfortable as possible.”

We had an issue with another hotel in Bismarck and we showed up late to this one and the front desk agent was very helpful and accommodating and was able to give me a good rate as well. The cleaning lady was very helpful and kind. It was great to see a manager on site the whole time we were there as I have been in many hotels and they can never get in contact with their manager. You can tell the manager of this hotel cares about the property and takes real "ownership" of it. I……

“No freezer in our refrigerator so ice cream melted. Breakfast was basic and if you’re gluten free. Options were only yogurt. Not very filling. Very clean and quiet.”

“Curve Ball when I was told my king reservation wasn't available when I arrived; was then given #407 which HAD a king bed. More hotels are moving to shower bottle dispensers vs. small bottles. Body wash wasn't enough for 2 showers”

“The room was clean, there was a mini refrigerator and microwave, and everything in the room was in working order. The bedding was super soft and comfortable. They had a free hot continental breakfast which was great. I had scrambled eggs, waffles, and a bowl of cereal which was all very good. The hotel was fairly quiet and parking was easy. The staff was courteous and responsive. My one disappointment was that there was no workout area.... at all. That is what made me knock off a star……

“We booked our stay while they were in the middle of remodeling. The staff was super helpful and we were able to park near our room to avoid the construction. The pool was SO cold we could hardly dip our feet in. The kids tried to swim but the water was freezing. The breakfast was ok, it was clear because of the remodel things were more limited than they normally would be. Also our room door was really difficult to close, we had to slam it shut and the kids couldn't even open it, hopefully……
