“Clean room and I felt very comfortable”

“We were not informed when booking that the water slides and pool were closed. One of the main reasons for booking there. We stayed for 4 days and housekeeping never came once to our room! Not once! Unexceptionable!!! The room was clean when we arrived. The beds were comfortable. But service was lousy. I can see not cleaning stay over guests every day but not one time in 4 days?! We had to go get our own towels and empty our own garbage.”

“We checked in close to 1:30 am and although I messaged the property through the app, I did not get any acknowledgment so I had to chase down a human to talk to. Eventually got the confirmation I needed that it was ok to check in late (in property details notification it said check in after midnight was not allowed.) desk attendant was nice enough but not professional in appearance. Room was clean but the hallways and doorways were pretty beat up. Decor was dated and showed lots of wear and tear.……

“The location was alright and easy to get to. Rooms were dated and are in need of an update. The carpet is stained and the tables, desk, and walls are all in dated rough shape. It would be a really great place if they would spend some money to refurbish the place. 3 thin, old and small pillows for 2 people are not enough. When we asked for additonol supplies they were more then willing to accomodate. I wouldn't list this place with "a breakfast" with coffee, granola bars, and oatmeal for the……

“The room was updated and clean the front desk staff was helpful. Breakfast was a standard eggs, sausage, waffles. The walls are paper thin and could hear my neighbours snoring or walking around the room (artwork on the walls shoot when people walked around the room). The hallways had some debris like someone ran into the wall or something and the staff was vaping in the rooms while cleaning. Pool was good for kids, it was dated and needs some TLC. But overall it was good for kids (deep end……

“This is a nice place, comfy beds. One design flaw: The iron mounted in the closet blocks hanger space, which is already quite limited. No microwave in the room, which isn’t really necessary anyway. There’s one in the lobby. No hot breakfast, but enough options to get the day started.”
