「The location was perfect for our Dreams Park trip. Being less than 15 mins from the field was ideal for in between games trips to cool off or eat lunch (and for our toddler to take much needed naps!) The view from the back deck is beautiful and peaceful. The living space was perfect for what we needed. The kitchen had all the essentials. Clean and comfortable! If we end up in this area again we will 100% try and book here if it’s available. 」

The beds were super comfortable and all was very clean. We even got to see the horses. Which by the way we could not hear them in the apartment. Would definitely stay there again.」

Frank and Lucy (the owners) were lovely and just the right balance of friendly/helpful while giving you your space. Clean, convenient and picturesque. I would definitely stay here again. 」

「We stayed here for a week while my son played at Cooperstown Dreams Park. The apartment is well appointed and bigger than I expected. It's clean and has nice furnishings and decor. While we did not cook, there are cooking pots and pans ready to go. The fridge and freezer were plenty big for all that we needed. Plenty of closet space for items needed. We had planned on 3 of us being here, but in the end it ended up just being 2 of us. We could walk easily across the street to the CVS or the...
