“We loved the outdoor space with the chairs on dock, available kayaks, paddleboat, firepit, hammock, hot tub, and lighting. The gravel pathway was easy walk to dock. The guest house was great for kids with air hockey table (although wasn't working), foosball table, and ping pong. The inside of the property definitely needed some TLC...deep cleaning, kitchen towels, guest house frig/freezer defrosted, more bath towels, wash cloths available, and fresh paint. Overall we really enjoyed our time……

“Clean house and good communication from host”

“Great time all around”

“We had excellent communication with the host. The property was clean, tidy and well appointed. The atmosphere was fresh and relaxing. Thank you for a very nice stay.”

“The house was clean, comfortable, and very nice.”

“The hosts were very friendly and responded quickly to all of our questions. The property was as advertised and very nice. Our family truly enjoyed our stay.”

“Most of the house was dirty, floors felt like they hadn't been cleaned, turned everyone's feet black in less than 30 minutes of being there. Trash in-between couch cushions. Different kitchen appliances, outlets that didn't work. Host did try to make it right but not much could be done when you've already moved your whole party and their stuff into a house. The counter top oven in the photos is not the same as what is in the house. The one provided was much smaller and resulted in having to cook……

“The house was very clean, well equipped, and the host was amazing! Was a perfect house to rent! ”

“Good location and good amentities in the neighborhood. The property is listed has having 3 bedrooms but one of the “bedrooms” was actually a bed in a loft shared by a pool table.”

“Property was exceptionably clean. Game room is awesome. Only enjoyed the fire pit one night because it was either too warm or raining. Toured the lake with the paddle boats. Great central location for many activities: Bushkill Falls, Camelback Resort, Pocono Outlets, Pocono Raceway, golf, to name a few. Would stay again.”

“A wonderful landscaped setting in the Delaware Water Gap Recreational Park region. It is in the middle of all that one would need to have a terrific vacation; location to everything either north, central or south; a beautiful community, nice cozy home and great sun porch. The sunrise each morning was fantastic from the living and dining room huge deck plus 2 large glass doors. We loved it so much. Super hosts with a great welcome online informational package so that you didn’t have to……

“Exactly what we were looking for when we booked. Javier was very responsive prior to and throughout our stay. He provided several local activities and stores nearby for supplies. The house was just as the pictures showed and was spotless. All the lights, appliances, heaters, electronics, etc. worked making our stay effortless to enjoy. The hot tub heated up quickly and maintained a good temperature for the duration of our 3 night stay. We were celebrating our son's 13th birthday and Javier had……

“Easy to communicate with the hosts. A nice house, showing some age, close to attractions. we saw deer and turkey from the deck. the hot tub and sauna were nice.”

“We had a nice stay. Place was clean and tidy. Definitely felt more campsite-ish, not like a resort. Property is well kept and beautiful. I loved drinking my coffee on the porch in the morning sunshine. Keurig coffee maker with 12 cup pot and k cups option. 2 of the 3 bedrooms had NO television which was not great for our elderly mother and teen. Air conditioner in master bedroom was loud and sounded like it was rebooting in the middle of the night. It did not allow proper sleep. Volume on remote……

“Family friendly”

“We had a great time staying at Hopskip Designer Home! The place was very clean, spacious and well designed to fit our entire family of 10. It had everything you needed for the weekend. We also really enjoyed the Karaoke stage, which was a unique feature for the entire family to enjoy! Great Hosts that checked in and were available for one of our questions during our stay. Highly recommend, especially for parents who have children at ESU (easy ride into campus and town). ”

“The house was as described, which was just what we were looking for for our furry friends. The house was very pet-friendly and comfortable for all of us. The property is great and the overall location was convenient to restaurants and stores. The check-in process was very easy and the host was responsive and available.”

“Poorly equipped kitchen”
