“In general, the home was as listed. We ran into a few minor issues, but the management was very responsive.Two surprises that are outside the management/owner's control: the check-in process is pretty cumbersome because you have to stop at the community office on the way in, but that appears to be a HOA rule. Also, this unit is among the furthest from the snow and requires going down about 20 steps from the parking lot. ”

The condo was spotless, tastefully decorated and furnished with quality items, it had an amazing view of the lake, appliances were excellent, and communication and responsiveness by Stephanie and Michael were first rate. “Unfortunately, I would not recommend this condo. Initially there was no communication regarding check in procedures or even what unit we were in. Once I reached out, they did get back to me pretty quickly. On 2 different occasions, a neighbor knocked aggressively on the door. I didn’t answer the first day because I was alone in the condo. The 2nd day I made my husband answer and he made us move our car even though it clearly stated we could park in any of the spots out front. Dishes were……

“The hosts were exceptionally easy to work with and very responsive. The house was exactly as described. It was clean and well appointed with everything we needed to cook and prepare meals. Plenty of room for the guests to spread out, nice views, and more. Highly recommend this property. ”

The VRBO was clean and super spacious, there was a really nice green space behind the property for hanging out and the location couldn’t be more perfect for what we needed.
