“Do not rent this property. The entire check in process was not personal. All communication was via text. It was very difficult to communicate. When we drove up we saw a sign saying that a parking pass was required. We did not have one so I went to the office to ask for one. The office was locked. I saw someone (an owner) and he told me the office is never open. He said the complex is never fully rented so I shouldn’t have a problem just parking. He actually gave me his parking permit. “We enjoyed staying at your place. It’s clean and the Master bedroom’s mattress is very comfortable. Loved the porches to sit and rest in the evening. We didn’t stay long so we didn’t cook but it looked well stocked. Thanks for having the beach tags available. Appreciated the great communication before and throughout our stay.
