Photos of listing didnt really show off the full features of the property? but I took a chance as it was a great price for the dates I wanted. It’s basic in terms of design but I can confirm it has everything that you’d need to survive your stay! 2 good sized bedrooms. Beds were a little springy but we slept through. I’d suggest that fans be made available for warm weather time as it got a little stuffy at night. The random strips of wallpaper placed around the property were a quirky feature, seems like an attempt to hide imperfections in walls and skirting boards maybe? A little out there but doesn’t affect the amenities available if you accept it for what it is…? the host was responsive to communication and I can’t really complain considering the amount I paid to stay tbh We used the house as a base for our time in the area for work so didn’t have too much time spent there. It certainly served us well for what we needed. I feel I have to make anyone considering staying aware that the Staircase was pretty steep but that’s typical of these styles of property. Might not suit people with mobility problems. Bathroom is on ground floor at back of kitchen. No issues for us not having facilities upstairs but just trying to give a true description. An adequate home for a base on a short stay. Plenty of local food options for those who don’t want to cook. Area was quiet. Street parking was accessible near property too. All in all I’d stay again if I needed a place in the area :)
