“We just stayed one night and the property was great. A very short walk to the pool/hot tubs as well as Maggies Pond and downtown. The owner was super responsive and very pleasant. Would for sure recommend this property for your stay in Breckenridge and Summit County!”

“This house had everything we needed and more, especially for our annual family ski trip. We had 7 adults and 4 kids. Skiing - we used the bus which was easy to get to at the end of the street, we also used the trail a couple times. Kitchen - well stocked with all the right appliances, utensils, and plenty of dishes. Living areas - we were able to spread out and play games, watch TV, and enjoy the time together. “Our stay (3 couples) was great! Huge house, nice size hot tub, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for privacy, fireplace, well equipped kitchen, and a dry sauna in the basement. Location is fantastic! It's right on the free shuttle route, meaning no need to pay for parking at Breck, and the whole group was able to come and go as they pleased. Only comment would be that the master bedroom could use more lamps/another light source, as it only had 2 small reading lamps connected to outlets. It……
