「We went to enjoy the pool and not the gambling. The front desk manager was not very friendly and acted annoyed we had kids with us. After touring the place we understood why. There is only 1 restaurant that allows kids and the pool is adult only after 7. All of this would be fine if they advertise this on there website or on Expedia description but they don't so don't go thinking it is a family friendly resort with gambling. 「When we checked in and got settled, we found that our bathroom light did not work and had to switch rooms. Housekeeping should have known that light didn’t work. Also at check in we let the manager know that we needed a 4 AM shuttle to go too the airport. The shuttle never arrived. At 4:20 we had to get an Uber and the person at the desk got smart with us. You shouldn’t advertise you have shuttle service every half hour when you don’t. We almost lost our 6:00 AM flight because of the no show...
