「This space was super small. The bathroom door wouldn't close and the mini split heater air conditioner didn't work. The electric heater in the room was set on the floor and shook the floor and the bed and also super loud. Location was the only part of the stay that made it enjoyable. 」

「Overall great location to be close to mountains and Denver. House is setup great as a VRBO with every room having it's own bathroom and multiple on first floor with no stairs. Barn worked great for a small wedding of 40 people. Little trouble getting the contract for the barn, but seems like the process is going to be smoothed out going forward.」

「What an awesome place! We were in town for my daughter’s wedding with several guests coming in from across the country. This place is the ideal size with lots of room allowing for both friends to gather and folks to get enjoy quiet time. It’s the perfect location with easy access to the lake and downtown evergreen. The host is very friendly and very responsive. Highly recommend. 」
