「We had to communicate with the staff about the need for fresh towels, conditioner (there was almost none when we got there). The biggest upset was about the parking - it is $45/day, not for the nights you stayed. We spent 3 nights, but we got charged for 4 days. And I specifically asked about the amount charged when I checked in. There is the option to park on the streets around the hotel, but there were homeless people roaming around.」

「The property was very clean, the staff were friendly and the location was perfect for walking around and exploring downtown. Tons of great restaurants and shops and close to the baseball stadium. The only things that I didn’t like is that they charge $40 per night for parking and the Whole Foods next door has a huge exhaust vent that blows fryer smoke so thick onto the sidewalk that it looks like a cloud and makes the side entrance to the hotel smell like fryer grease.
