「Perfect house and location for us. We could walk in to town for coffee and bagels in the morning and it was a close drive to some nice hikes.The house was clean and quiet. Kitchen was well-stocked with utensils, pots, pans, etc.Nice quiet neighborhood close to restaurants, breweries, coffee shops.」

「This is a great property if you want peace and quiet in a beautiful setting. We enjoyed coffee in the mornings on the back porch and took walks in the national forest behind the house. It was close enough to Nederland to go for lunch and dinner and within a short drive to a number of great hiking spots. The previously mentioned hot water issue was taken care of and we had immediate and constant hot water as needed. 」

「We needed a last minute place and were incredibly lucky to find this place. So quiet and cozy. And so close to everything we need it. The host was so friendly and accommodating. Hope it's available the next time we're in town.」

「We have nothing but good things to say about our stay. Quiet, comfortable, clean and a charming neighborhood to explore while in Denver. Carrie was great, good communication but gave us privacy despite how close the carriage house is to the main property. Lot’s of attention to detail inside and out. Would highly recommend this property.」

「Two very cool properties. We were in town for a tech summit and thought the location was was perfect. A grocery store a block away, coffee and restaurants in walking distance and only a 10 Lyft ride away from the convention center. 」
