Nobu is a home away from home. Of course hotels elegance, cleanliness, bedding, design, location stand out… however, what stands out the most is the people that work in this establishment. From chef Marcin and chef Tomek who make the most delicious breakfast, to Yana and Jennie at the rest of crew in restaurant service that make eating at Nobu a special, high quality experience. To of course Jan, Norbert and Diana at the front desk … who every month greed me with a smile and warmth and professionalism. To cleaning crew who does a perfect job. I stay in NOBU very often, sometimes for a week… each time I leave I cannot wait to come back. Thank you

Nice, chic hotel but not 5-Star experiece

The design of the building and rooms is very nice. The experience though otherwise was just okay. I think of staying at a nice hotel like this to have really amazing service and going above and beyond. This was average. We went for a drink in the sake bar one night and they didn't have any ingredients for any of the signature drinks? Or the bartender just didn't want to. Also didn't have wines on the list. It really was a subpar experience for something labeled as 5 star. Design is chic and nice but really isn't an experience, in my opinion.

We loved our stay at Nobu in Warsaw. It was a nice weekend stay that refreshed us in every way. We were able to dine at the Nobu restaurant and the Sake Bar, and we received a delicious, varied breakfast every morning. The only thing I would comment on was some lack of direction regarding amenities, which led to us not being able to book treatments at the spa as we had hoped. Otherwise though, it was a lovely stay and we will recommend to our friends.

The breakfast is the highlight of this hotel and is served in the hotel’s own Michelin restaurant. The rooms and halls are elegantly contemporary, spacious and comfortable.

Great hotel in a convenient location. I really liked the bedroom, as it felt airy and bright with an extremely comfy bed, good air-conditioning and tea and coffee facilities. The bathroom was also excellent with a nice walk-in shower, Natura Bisse products and cosy bathrobes and slippers. The only thing lacking was a welcoming lobby/lounge for hotel guests - there was simply the restaurant and bar, so the public areas didn't have any atmosphere.

Five stars in every way

This hotel made our stay in Warsaw an absolutely amazing experience. I've never felt a more clean, modern and polished room experience than this. The location is NOT in the city center, which I think is a good thing. There were many great restaurants and bars in this area of the city that felt like a more local experience than the old town. Everything at the hotel is top quality from the lights to the scents.

Top Warsaw place to stay!

This is a stunning hotel in the heart of Warsaw, just 10 minutes walk to central station. The room had the best stocked mini-bar of any hotel I've stayed in and the staff were fantastic. My only (very minor) issue was that the room I was in did not have an internal lock/chain, which as a solo female traveller is something I like to see! Other than that, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend. I missed out on the famous Nobu bar due to my travel dates (it's closed Sun & Mon), but the hotel restaurant served a beautiful breakfast with helpful and very attentive staff.

While the service from the lobby and restaurant staff was everything you’d expect from a hotel claiming to be five stars, there were a couple of things that left my husband and I scratching our heads. The layout and design of the room was generally just really awkward- the shower was a tiny little corner with a rain shower head so you were uncomfortably pressed to the glass the whole time if you wanted to breathe. The toilet wedged in the other corner behind a protrusion from the wall on one side. Unless you have an android, you cant connect your steaming account to the “smart” tv. The housekeeping staff frustrated us a lot as well. The morning after we came home at 4am after attending a wedding they continued to knock and ring the doorbell and in general they’d enter our room and replace our linen. This was all while the little “going green” card hung on our door. And worse of all the AC broke on the second night so we were so hot at night (it being the beginning of autumn so it was too cold to open the windows anymore). They’re generally small details of course, but if you’re claiming to be a five star hotel and charging like one they have to be in order. Again, staff was great and it’s clean.

This hotel has exceeded my expectations, despite these have been really high! The staff are excellent, polite, professional and helpful. I got a free late checkout until 1:30pm. The room was impeccable. I had the cheapest one, and yet it was huge. The bathroom is a masterpiece, with a bathtub and even complimentary bath salts. The bed was comfy. There were good coffee capsules. The breakfast was at an additional charge, and I enjoyed. The gym was quiet and clean. The area the hotel is located is best in Warsaw. Also, despite it's not here most expensive hotel in town, it's the most stylish one. Aesthetics is important for me. Other more expensive hotels have outdated style, and Nobu's design is a masterpiece.
