Loved the apartment we stayed in, so clean and modern looking. Has everything you need! Microwave did not work and we had a hard time finding the entrance to the hotel as it’s not marked, but we called customer service and they directed us right away. We had a fabulous stay! Also, convenient location close to the airport- but 148 took us there in 10min!

The room was falling apart... the front lobby staff was decent, but not very friendly. If you need parking, its best to park early, otherwise good luck.

It was an ok staying, but doubt I will be staying here again. I arrived at 14:30, the check-in was only at 16:00, but I usually when arriving ask if I can already check-in. I was surprised because the room was ready, but they made me pay an extra 17€(70PLN) just to access the room earlier. This for me is very poor customer service. So will not use this hotel again.

We had a frustrating experience with the security guard working on May 31. We arrived early and simply asked if we could set our bags down while waiting to check in. He refused and kept repeating that it wasn’t his responsibility — even though we weren’t asking him to take any. He was rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. Really soured the first impression of the place. Total Clown.
