Praga 23rd Floor High-Class Apartment is located on the 23rd floor in a modern building in Praga Południe. The flat offers a magnificent view of the green districts of Warsaw.
Praga 23rd Floor High-Class Apartment has air-conditioned, beautifully decorated interiors: a living room with a seating area with a sofa bed, a bedroom with a large and comfortable bed, a kitchenette, a bathroom and a balcony. The flat is equipped with a number of practical amenities:
- TV in the living room and bedroom with a wide range of cable TV including English language channels,
- free Wi-Fi
- the kitchenette is equipped with an induction hob, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, electric kettle, DeLonghi Nespresso coffee machine
and tableware and kitchen utensils.
- A washing machine, iron and dryer are provided in the building.

On the ground floor of the apartment building in the service and commercial area you will find a shop Lidl, Żabka, Training Studio. At a distance of 2 min on foot there is a shopping mall - Atrium Promenada and CH King Cross Praga with restaurants. The flat is also located a short distance from many public transport stops, from which you can easily reach the centre of Warsaw. The nearest attractions - the Wedel Chocolate Pump Room and Chocolate Shop, Soho Factory, Neon Museum, Sinfonia Varsovia Orchestra Headquarters, Skaryszewski Park, Park Nad Balatonem, National Stadium and City Zoo.
