3 Leycester Court consists of a sitting/dining room and a well-equipped kitchen with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, and toaster. The bedrooms include a super-king-size with an en-suite walk-in shower, basin, and WC, along with a twin bedroom also featuring an en-suite walk-in shower, basin, and WC. There is an additional cloakroom with basin and WC. Outside, guests can enjoy an enclosed courtyard with furniture, ideal for spending time outdoors. Off-road parking is available for two cars, and one well-behaved pet is welcome. Gas central heating, fuel, power, bed linen, towels, and WiFi are included in the rent. Smoking is not permitted. Shop and pub 0.1 miles, river 0.4 miles, lake 1.1 miles, canals 1.2 miles. A well-located and thoughtfully arranged townhouse, 3 Leycester Court offers a convenient and welcoming base for enjoying Warwick and the surrounding area. Note: Children welcome, but no travel cot, highchair, or stairgate. Note: Woodburning stove for decoration only - please do not use. Note: Dogs to be kept downstairs. Note: Stairs are quite steep - please take care. Note: 250 GBP Good housekeeping bond applicable.

Dating back to the 6th century and situated in the heart of Shakespeare country, the medieval town of Warwick lies on the banks of the River Avon and is graced with many beautiful parks and gardens, cafes, restaurants, antiques shops, museums, a racecourse and it plays host to many festivals throughout the year. Warwick Castle is a must for all visitors to the area; built by William the Conqueror in 1068, it is the most dramatic medieval castle in the country. The ever-popular towns of Leamington Spa, with its magnificent Georgian and Victorian buildings, and Stratford-upon-Avon, the home of William Shakespeare, are within easy driving distance or by train. There are many National Trust properties in the area including Baddesley Clinton and Packwood House, as well as numerous country parks offering spectacular views in all directions. With beautiful unspoilt Cotswold villages and many lovely walks close by, this is a superb location.
