Perfect stay in idyllic Bermuda

Thomasina was a great host. The house was clean, homely and well equipped. We managed without a car and used the close by rail trail and buses to get around. Bermuda was one of the best places we have visited and we would love to return. When we do, we will choose to stay here again.

This is a great central location. The home is lovely and fully equipped with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. And Thomasina was a great host. We would definitely stay here again.

Thomasina the owner was so helpful and friendly. The property was lovely, had everything you needed and great location, only a few minutes walk to the nearest bus stop (this took you to Hamilton where you could get a bus to anywhere on the island) Would highly recommend

Nice property, good location and friendly owner

Overall we really enjoyed our stay. In terms of value for money the property was worth what we paid. In terms of location it's close to a bus stop (route 2 - goes to Hamilton where you can catch every other route) and it's walkable to the beach, although not totally straight forward especially after dark. We weren't able to hire a car as we were a party of 5 so we had to do a fair bit of walking to get to shop (10 min walk), beach etc. Not a problem for us but if you have an issue with that there are Apps that will deliver to the property but come at a high cost (it's Bermuda ultimately!). Thomasina, the host, was great and made us feel welcome. I would have no issue with recommending this place to stay overall as it was clean, comfortable and good value for money, although it may be worth hiring an electric vehicle if you have mobility issues.

Absolutely Superb Stay

We stayed here for 2 weeks and this accomodation was absolutely perfect for us. Great house and location. Our host Thomasina went above and beyond to make sure we made the most of our time in Bermuda. If we come back for another holiday we will always stay here

The property was perfect for us two couples for our 5 night stay. The host, Thomasina, is wonderful and will assist with any and all help you need. She was kind enough to set up our transportation to and from the airport and also assisted with the best places to dine and venture out to. We would definitely return to this property should we ever go back to Bermuda. We rented scooters for our time there and this property location is close to lots of beaches and dining which made it convenient as we didn't have far to travel on the scooters. Horseshoe Bay Beach is less than 2 miles from the property, and Elbow Beach is even closer. All in all we had a great stay and Thomasina was a great host.

Spacious, clean house in a convenient location

Spacious, clean and well equipped house in the convenient location of Warwick. Host arranged transfer from airport and put us in contact with taxi drivers who we used to get around the island.

The property was located close to the Coral Beach Tennis Club which was perfect. The host was very responsive and resolved one issue with the water pump not coming back on after a power outage. Overall a great stay in Bermuda.

Wonderful Long Weekend

Stayed for four nights. Cannot say enough about Thomasina’s great communication! Strongly recommend her setting up transportation from the airport. She/We used Mike Levon and he was an angel getting us everywhere we needed to go prior to renting E cars and after turning them in for a ride back to the airport! Nice large space, very well stocked, very clean!

Wonderful vacation home

This was our first time visiting Bermuda, and The Outback was perfect for our family (my wife, my teenage daughter and me). George was lovely and made himself available throughout our stay. The condo was clean, spacious, super comfortable, and homey. The bus station was indeed close, and George was available to drive us as well. We love the island and would love to come back!

Great base for a Bermudian holiday

The property is spacious (plenty of space for 4 adults), well-equipped and has everything we needed for a base to explore Bermuda. Thomasina was so friendly and helpful, especially when we were at risk of having to delay our departure due to a tropical storm. The nearest beach is a 10 minute walk with others only a short car ride away. Grocery and take away outlets are also nearby as are restaurants.

The Perfect Bermuda Experience

Don't get me wrong, I enjoy sometimes staying in high-end hotels and Bermuda has some of the best anywhere. But staying in well-kept small houses in real neighborhoods with friendly, helpful owners nearby is more often to my liking. This rental is that kind of place. You won't be disappointed.

Fantastic location/friendly host

We loved staying at this VRBO in Warwick Parish. Plenty of room for the 4 of us. Clean, quiet and short walk to the number 2 bus which takes you to Hamilton with stops along the way. Thomasina was friendly and easy to communicate with. She prearranged our pickup from the airport with a taxi. We would stay here again! Thanks Thomasina!

Perfect place!

This place was the perfect location for our girls getaway. Thomasina was absolutely amazing and kept in communication with us throughout the trip. She was extremely helpful with transportation arrangements as well. The town house was beautiful, very very clean, spacious and had everything we needed to be comfortable in our space away from home. We are definitely coming back.

Host (Thomasima) was great! We rely on public transportation and buses were not as reliable as they were in past years (this was our 9th trip to Bermuda). That being said, if you have rented mopeds or other transportation, then the area is ideal.

beautiful Bermuda!

Our stay October 10-15 was great. The house was exactly as pictured. But even better, Thomasina and her family were welcoming and wonderfully helpful. They gave us great restaurant, beach and taxi references. We just happened to be there for Hurricane Nicole! Thomasina made sure we had everything we needed to ride out the storm. She even took us to the beach the next day herself! I would highly recommend staying here. We surely plan on going back.

Nice & Quiet

It was our first time at Bermuda. If you wanted Cart Rental (no regular cars available at all in Bermuda), you needed to reserve 24 hours in advance. Electrical carts we got and it was very small. Please avoid the big hills, wheels do not have traction and not enough power to climb and do not be on eco when going up a hill. We almost rolled backward at the property. Taxi is the best way at this property if you do not want to stress driving around yourself. Place is located at a very quiet neighborhood. We have the unit (2 bed rooms 2 full bath) to ourselves. The place is very nicely kept and fully equipped. Thomasina (the hostess) was very easily to reach and responsive. There is a book of instructions and excursions/restaurants suggestions. We tried Hitch (taxi app), that work pretty well in our opinions.

Spacious Bermudian townhome central to all

I’ve been multiple times to Bermuda and this is by far the most spacious dwelling I’ve ever stayed in. Thomasina was super helpful and responsive to all my Qs and everyone on the property was so friendly and helpful. The location is very close to the bus or to the ferry into Hamilton so it was very easy to tour the island. The kitchen appliances were top notch, filtered water in the fridge and a keurig coffee maker to help start the day with a jolt. It even had a washer and dryer to throw in wet bathing suits or towels as needed. And the neighbours cat would make the occasional visit from the window to share greetings. Lovely spot!!

Simply The Best

We can go on and on about how wonderful this place was to stay. The house has everything you would need. The comfort and homeliness was beyond expectations! Thomasina is fantastic! She took us for bus passes, shopping and a tour of the beaches. One day while going to the beach with our friends that were visiting, Thomasina took us to the Bach before she went to work.( how nice of her to go out of her way) this is all family that lives here and let me tell you everyone of them were beyond friendly and helpful. We felt like part of the family. Our month stay was so amazing! We will be back !! Thank you

Outstanding stay!

This home is exactly as described. Thomasina was excellent at responding to and answering all of our questions prior to our arrival. This home has everything you need. We were traveling with our four teenagers and we were all very comfortable in this home. If you're wondering, the WiFi works well, not a single complaint from the previously mentioned teenagers regarding WiFi! It is centrally located and there is a bus stop just down the road. Thomasina is just wonderful. She is friendly and accommodating and strives to ensure everything goes well during your stay. She is a wealth of information regarding "must see" sites, and perhaps even more important, the best day and time to visit. I highly recommend this home in Warwick, you will not be disappointed!

Amazing! Feel so lucky to have stayed here!

This review is long overdue. The hosts are so kind and willing to help make your trip/visit as pleasant as possible. We grilled out with everyone one night and had a blast! George threw some mussels on the grill and whipped up a few of Bermuda's own Dark and Stormys. Thomasina and George were kind enough to drive us around, showing us a few of their favorite spots and making some recommendations. The place itself is very clean and is furnished very well. There is a nice yard and back patio for sitting outside and even Netflix on the TV if you have a rainy day! The location is great as well. We were on a golfing trip and it was no longer than 15 minutes from Port Royal. One of the most popular beaches on the island is right down the road, and we were within walking distance from one of the best bars we visited at the Swizzle Inn. Could not imagine a better place to stay whether it is your first or 100th trip to Bermuda. Great hosts+great place = a trip to remember Thanks Thomasina and Big G!
