「Pros: Excellent service. Fabulous ocean view. Great design. Cons: there were insects in room and terrace. Difficult to get a taxi from the Loren (it took us more than 30 minutes to get a taxi)」

「Courteous and helpful staff, and my room was kept very clean every day. Breakfast pastries could perhaps be a little more imaginative and varied but filled my stomach! Hotel storage of packets containing napkin, sugar, creamer and straw needs to be reviewed, because there were frequently small black ants inside the supposedly sealed packets! Otherwise, an excellent stay, so I'm trying to be helpful.」

「The time we were there was wonderful. The place has a warm and friendly atmosphere, we felt very comfortable the whole time we were there. The staff could not do enough for you, always making sure we were happy. Our room was clean, nice and large it showed a wonderful view of the ocean. All of our meals were excellent and top notch. I should know I am a 1988 culinary grad from Johnson & Wales. I would recommend this place 4 sure!」
