The property was amazing!! I took my girlfriend to the resort for her 40th birthday. She was blow away by the view from the room and all the amenities!! Will definitely come back to the Reefs and Bermuda!!!

Extraordinary customer service . Management was accommodating and very friendly. Went out of their way to ensure your stay was enjoyable. Renovations of the dinning area are near completion. That will be a huge plus .

THE ONLY reason I gave this property a 4 star for conditions and facilities and around the property is because there is construction going on currently. My co-agent and I were for just one night after disembarking a cruise, and we absolutely loved it! Room was great, view from room and property was Amazing, front staff was more than helpful and kind, breakfast was included in our rate and was outstanding! Cannot wait to return!
