Courteous and helpful staff, and my room was kept very clean every day. Breakfast pastries could perhaps be a little more imaginative and varied but filled my stomach! Hotel storage of packets containing napkin, sugar, creamer and straw needs to be reviewed, because there were frequently small black ants inside the supposedly sealed packets! Otherwise, an excellent stay, so I'm trying to be helpful.

Off the beaten path, but close to Front St. shops & restaurant. Staff & owner were very helpful. Wasn't real fond of walking up & down the hill, but turned out it wasn't that bad. The view from our room was fabulous!!

Owner was absolutely wonderful. Checked us in right away even thought we were a bit early. It was pouring rain and he upgraded our room to try and make up for the poor weather--super thoughtful and kind. A few hundred meters from the hotel is a restaurant called Clarabells. It has wonderful pizza. Would stay here again and definitely recommend to others.

This was the 2nd time that we stayed at the Rosemont, and we were NOT disappointed !! Excellent location to downtown Hamilton (easy walk). Excellent service. Very friendly staff. We will be returning.

Our stay here was nothing short of amazing. We loved how close it was to Front Street! The walk there is down a pretty significant hill, but it’s definitely doable. At the bottom of the hill and across the street are tons of stores as well as a grocery. Our suite had a full kitchen, and our balcony was amazing looking out on the pool. The staff is super accommodating and very helpful. We definitely recommend this place!

A stress-free time. Rooms are a bit dated but good value. Location was great. Walkable to Front street. Check-in was easy. Two good restaurants on either end of the street. The whistling tree frogs make a racket but soon become background noise. Good vibes.

The property grounds is outstanding, the room was clean and neat, the staff was friendly and helpful. The tv in the bedroom constantly lose signal but the one in the living room worked well. It is not the most modern hotel, but the surrounding view of the ocean and town, and its proximity to downtown makes up for that. Personally, I think Bermuda is the most naturally beautiful place.

It’s a lovely location, the people are very nice who own it, and the staff. The view is great. It’s not luxurious but it’s adequate and the swimming pool is very nice. There was a problem with the water when I first arrived but they fixed it promptly. I highly recommend it.

Neal is an amazing host! We had a great time and he even drove us to the airport for our return flight since he was picking up his son there. We had a pool view room which was great - despite the hotel being fairly full, it wasn't loud at all. Breakfast was yogurt, pastries, and coffee/tea, which was perfect - we made eggs and oatmeal in our room to complement. We walked to the nearby grocery and walked a ton in Hamilton. We would definitely stay at the Rosemont again!

Absolutely loved our stay here, nice having a little kitchen so we could make some meals rather than eat out all the time. The breakfast was a little lacking but some nice yoghurts and pastries. Loved the pool, so nice on a hot day to come back to and have a dip. The only negative was the maid came too early and we kept forgetting to put the do not disturb sign out. Will defo be back again.

I would definitely return.

Hotel about 10 minutes walk to town. Very good stay, clean and comfortable room, beautiful garden, helpful employees. Visitors, do not walk to Admiralty Park, the roads dangerous for walking, take a taxi. Also do not go to the Dockyard after 3:30 PM, it closes down after 5 PM, except on Wednesday for the bonfire.

This hotel is in a great location being that it is within walking distance to the ferry and many shops and restaurants. Management is attentive and responsive. Unfortunately, the property is in need of updating and a deep cleaning. I've stayed here a couple times in 2024 due to it being affordable and the reasons I stated above, however following are issues I have encountered: Bird waste all over pool furniture (I asked for them to clean two chairs so we could sit out and they were accommodating), obvious "surface" cleaning only in rooms (bring your Lysol wipes so you can wipe the furniture, walls, and surfaces before you settle in), patio/balcony furniture filthy (had to ask to have someone clean it), breakfast runs out (I showed up 30 mins before breakfast was over and was told they would not be replenishing the small pastries...which is all they served besides yogurt , coffee, and tea). On my last visit, we had an issue with roaches due to an old toaster being brought to our room that had not been cleaned. Management immediately took the toaster and the food that was ruined out of our room but when we saw a few additional roaches that evening, we were given a half empty can of roach spray and we had to stand on a chair to spray behind the fridge and on top of the kitchen shelving (where we saw the few roaches coming from). Please note that upon checkout, the hotel discounted our bill by one night (without us having to ask), which we did appreciate.
