"The hotel is very luxurious. The staffs from the concierge, bell service to cleaner are all very nice and friendly. We booked a Deluxe Twin Room with City View. The room was on level 83 and the view could be very good if the weather is good. During my stay, the weather was bad so what I could see outside was cloud. I love the bathroom because it is enormously big with heated floor. I got an email from the hotel on the day before i arrived to check on my ETA so they could try to have the room ready when I arrived. They also extended my check out because i accidentally injured my back in the bathroom on the first night. I was very grateful for this because I could have rest more before I flew to Frankfurt later that day. "

"Great hotel. Large and very comfortable rooms. Excellent breakfast. The location of the hotel near the metro is very convenient for transportation even by taxi. The only thing I recommend to the hotel is to put armchairs in the lobby. The lobby is huge and there is no place to sit when waiting for the family. Very efficient and good service. Excellent room service. A highly recommended hotel. Location near a mall with restaurants and Decathlon store. A bit far from the center but easy to get to by metro or taxi so it doesn't matter"

"Check in was good and simple, hotel clean and room was big and clean and cold....I would stay here any day...breakfast was fantastic and plenty of options for anyone picky...anyone complain about this hotel is super picky or a complainer at heart. Stay here at a great cost."

"Without a doubt, Olina, Business Manager, made the difference. Since we arrived she offered sodas to compensate for our short delay at registering. When we needed to collect our laundry from a nearby laundrymat, she sent a driver to do so. Food is very good, not excellent selection, but good quality. Rooms are good enough. I would definitely return."

"The staffs are friendly. The location is ultra convenient which is on top of the metro station Ti Yu Xi Lu and next to shopping mall. From Baiyun Airport to the hotel, take metro line No.3 and exit from Ti Yu Xi Lu Exit D. There are many restaurants around the hotel too. I stayed there once more than 10 years ago and it still looks pretty much the same as the rooms were renovated in Dec 22 according to Expedia. "
