I went to check in the next day, but was told they were booked out. Then I was told that another booking was made at another hotel. And when I arrived the new hotel was not aware. “Location is absolutely gorgeous and easy to see elephants come across at night. But customer office is not responding or assist with any refund stuff, and have no action to solve another problem during stay.”

“Amazing - no other words needed! A two night stay in one of the tree houses - had the camp to ourselves , which was perfect. Staff were fabulous and went out of their way to ensure our meals were varied both in location and food . Excellent on both counts . Wild elephant encounter on our way in, had to reroute on the way out due to ele on the road (? Same guy?) . But a great detour . Just chilled in the fish spa and ate lots. ”

“Hotell Nadun Rest har upphört att existera så det var i det närmaste omöjligt att hitta dit. Nya hotellägarna hade informerat Hotels.com om detta men gamla namnet låg fortfarande ute och då med info att det fanns frukost och restaurang. Dåligt av Hotels.com!! Nya ägarna var ändå väldigt hjälpsamma och ordnade frukost och tog oss till en restaurang på eget initiativ. Hotellet heter numera Monkey Garden och har väldigt enkla övernattningsrum.”

“酒店的位置刚好位于狮子岩和皮杜兰加拉山之间的森林中 因为修路的缘故，傍晚过去费了一番周折。 不过因为是在森林中与世隔绝， 所以住处周围到处都是野生动物的影子 各种壁虎蜥蜴、还有飞舞的萤火虫 我们是在不绝于耳的虫鸣中入睡的。 第二天一早去了酒店后面的皮杜兰加拉山 山顶的风光奇美，360度的云蒸霞蔚。 简直达到叫人击节赞叹的地步。”

“A lovely stay at the Wild Grass Resort. The villa was amazing - clean, very spacious , beautiful outdoor enclosed showers. Very tranquil location. The breakfast was superb - fresh fruit , juice, fresh coffee , a choice of cooked breakfasts - plentiful and fresh. Staff were lovely - attentive and polite . Highly recommended to stay here ! “除了地理位置优越外，没有太多值得称赞之处了。在狮子岩上看日落，天黑了马上可以到酒店。一早起来可以欣赏阳光慢慢铺满狮子岩的美景。就是冲着地理位置优越而来，其它也就只能将就了。 早餐用餐的过程就是边吃边赶苍蝇，赶快吃赶快喝，不然就是被苍蝇吃了喝了的感觉。”

“When I arrived I was told the hotel was closed. I took pictures to prove I was there as I had already paid through Expedia. I then had a ‘neighbour’ show up to ‘offer’ alternate accommodation at a very much more cost! The hotel is on a back street and when confronted with having to find an option on the day when I was hoping to visit the palace I conceded to the higher price. This was classic ‘bait & switch! Do not ever book this hotel!!!!”

“Great location; nice facility; bad kitchen The hotel is located right at the exit of the Lion Rock; super convenience. Stoned building with teak furniture; entire environment is nicely set; with comfortable bed. However, food at the restaurant is awful. There are nice restaurants just next door; no need to have your meals in the hotel. Also, I sent the message to the hotel to be sure of the address twice but never got any reply.”
