“This is the second time I have stayed here. Very clean. The hairdryer in room stopped working and I called the front desk. I was very impressed by how fast they came to my room and took care of my needs. A+. Also, the room was Very clean. Great housekeeping. The only complaint I had was the vending machines kept my money and they were not working. Another guest on the floor had the same issue. I ended up walking across the street to a gas station for snacks and a drink. I would not advise……

“This was a very clean Hotel. The lobby, breakfast area and meeting room were all very clean. The room looked newly remodeled. I don't know if they were but they were meticulously cleaned. This was an exceptional stay for us and at the price I paid it made it even better. The waffle maker at breakfast made an awesome waffle! Thank You Havenpointe Inn for making us feel so welcome! “The staff was super friendly and helpful with all the issues we had. The hotel itself is in serious need of a remodel. Everything is super old and worn down.”

“dirty, noisy, came back 10pm, bed sheet cover, blanket on floor, chair. water dripping.see picture”

“It was historic, quiet, simple and priced great. The owners are great and very cordial. The outside of the hotel looks like a palace and has been around a very long time. Love the stone and stone lions.”
