This 3-bedroom house in Washington is perfect for your escape to the city. With 1 king bed and 2 queen beds, guests can enjoy a peaceful night's sleep. This classic DC row home is all yours. Across the street from Stadium Armory Metro stop you are feet from silver/blue/orange lines to downtown sights. Our place is equipped for both long or short stays to make your trip one to remember. We welcome all guests - Parking is easy with local permits for the street during your stay.

**** This home is a multi-unit property. The rental is not shared at all but there is a basement apartment unit that is owner occupied. Spaces are entirely separate. ******

DO NOT stay here if you value privacy or safety. The listing says “this home is all yours,” but on night three we discovered the host’s “mother” lives in the basement — completely undisclosed. Our children heard movement and became terrified. Because we assumed the home was private, we had briefly left our kids alone, something we would never have done knowing someone else was inside. The property was unclean (hairs on towels, crumbs on the floor), and the host was defensive and unhelpful even over simple requests like a plunger. VRBO support did not resolve the issue. We left immediately and paid for a hotel ourselves to feel safe. This property is misleading, unsafe, and not suitable for families — anyone considering it should be extremely cautious.

Great Place!

My friends and I booked this house for a music festival happening at the RFK Festival Grounds. We had plenty of space, it was cheaper than a hotel, and it was a very short walk. It’s also right across from the metro, so if you need to go elsewhere in DC it’s super convenient.We had everything we could need at the house. There were plenty of dishes, extra toiletries, and more than enough towels for everyone. Our host also answered any questions we had quickly. Definitely recommend staying here if you are staying in DC!

Convenient and well maintained

This row house was great for my friend and I to stay in while visiting DC. It was conveniently located just a short walk from the Armory Metro, and there was parking access in the back alley which was incredibly helpful. The interior was comfortable and well maintained. My only recommendation would be to replace the shower curtain as it had obvious mildew in areas. I would stay here again.

Great place to stay

Six of us (3 teens and 3 adults) stayed here for a family vacay to see the sights of DC. Being so close to the metro was a definite plus. It was really easy to get on the train and get to downtown. Our host was amazing. He communicated with us promptly and was very flexible. The house was clean and comfortable. The beds were comfortable also. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home in a great location

The home is beautiful and in a great location. It is a short 2 minute walk to the metro which was super convenient. It accomodated my family and I very well. We had a small inconvenience, but the host quickly rectified the issue. Great home for families. I will definitely try to book with them on any return visit.
