The apartment and location were excellent. Bedding was comfortable, and apartment was spacious enough for our family of 4 who needs our own sleep space when traveling! Our only complaint was that the TVs weren’t working. The one in the living room was supposed to be a Roku tv, but would never connect to the internet. And the tv in the bedroom didn’t have a Netflix remote that they stated it should. I reached out to guest services a number of times where they said they would look into it with no resolution before just giving up on the matter. Other than our kids having no access to tv, it was an excellent stay in a wonderful location. We ordered from a multitude of local restaurants (so many choices!), and took the metro a ton. It was only a block walk to the metro station - super easy!!

Unfortunately, the apartment was not cleaned properly prior to our arrival. We found mildew on the shower curtain, yellowish-red stains in the bathtub, and the tub surface itself was cracked, which raised safety concerns. The kitchen was also not adequately stocked with basic essentials. Overall, the apartment appears outdated, with old furnishings, an extremely hard bed, and very worn, old linens. With better cleaning, maintenance, and updates, this space could be much more comfortable.

Had a business trip to Arlington and brought my wife and 2 daughters. The apartment was perfect. Well furnished, clean and had plenty of anything needed. The location is a secured building with views from the roof of the Capital. As far as location, it was so well placed for so many dining options and quick access to transportation. Next we are out in DC, we will be checking to see if the apartment is available! Thanks!

The pictures for the property are not accurate. As soon as you walk in you can see a difference in condition. There are so many dings, dents, and broken items you are worried what they might get you for after your stay. There was not enough towels or soap. The kitchen was poorly stocked. we also found a large staple in the bed in the middle of the night.

Located in nice, clean neighborhood. Close to Arlington Cemetery, DC attractions, and Reagan Airport. Only downside is paid parking on weekdays 6 AM-4 PM.

The property was not as nice as I had expected. I loved the secure parking and the security of the building with key card required for entry and for use of the elevators, this made us feel very secure. I loved it's proximity to the Metro and the restaurants up the street on the way to back from the Metro. I was disappointed in seeing some bugs, specifically as we were on the 7th floor.

Family trip in Washington

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The communication was quite easy and the residence staff were very responsive. The flat itself was great, very spacious, beautifully arranged with modern look and furniture, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was fully equipped and the washing and drying machines came in handy since we stayed for 4 nights as a part of a long trip. We enjoyed so much our stay that we would definitely come back and use this residence when in the area.

Plenty of space for our family of four plus large dog. Extremely comfortable beds in both bedrooms. Very spacious and luxurious bathrooms. The living room sofa was the perfect bed for our daughter but it would work well for two adults if needed. The kitchen is fully equipped and the dinning table sits 6 people. There is no furniture in the big balcony but you have a key fob that give you access to the roof top with a large outdoor space and pool. The views from there are incredible. We will def go back next time we visit our family in Dc.

One of the best properties I have ever stayed! Communication with the host is easy, they answered to all my queries. The property is excellent with a great location. Much better than a hotel.
