The Space:
As you enter this meticulously designed home you are greeted with a beautiful staircase, hardwood floors, tasteful decor offering a serene sanctuary and perfect space to unwind after a day of exploring the city. This spacious 3 bedroom / 1.5 bathroom home is perfect for traveling families and friend groups! The living room comes with plenty of seating and a smart tv which has all the streaming apps (netflix, hulu, apple tv, etc) to enjoy a movie or show. Our full sized kitchen comes equipped with modern appliances, and all you would need to whip up a delicious meal. Enjoy your morning coffee on our private patio in the warm weather! We are able to comfortably sleep 7 guests with the following configuration:

Living Room has a Sofa Bed that sleeps 2
Main Bedroom has a Queen Sized bed that sleeps 2
Second Bedroom has a Queen sized bed that sleeps 2
Third Bedroom has a Twin sized bed that sleeps 1.

The property also includes a laptop friendly desk in case you need to catch up on some emails.

Guest Access:
The guest will have access to the entire home, and will be provided self check-in instructions prior to their check-in date.

The Neighborhood:
This property is located in Noma and is about a 15 minute walk from Union Market. Union Market is a Mecca of delicious restaurants, cafes, and bars. There is a Trader Joes about a 10 minute walk from the property for any grocery essentials needed. There is also an REI Flagship store about a 10 minute walk from the property!

Getting Around:
Park your car on the street with a free parking pass! NoMa-Gallaudet U Metro Station (red line) is about a 10 minute walk from the property, and the Shaw / Howard University Station (yellow and green lines) is a short, 15 minute walk from the home. Buses are plentiful in the area and you can catch 5 different bus lines within 4 blocks of the house. For those looking for something more active, guests can WALK to the White House, Smithsonian Museums, and so much more in about 40 minutes. DC National Airport is a short 20 minute ride/uber from the home.
