Our property entrance is monitored for your security with ring door bell and security camera in the garden.

After two years of construction we are back and better than ever! We are offering a beautiful spotless, room with a queen bed and a bathroom luxury apartment . The bathroom have granite top counter, heated floors walk in shower. 100 year old refurbished wood floors throughout, centralized air conditioning system, washer and dryer.
**Laundry Detergent is not included.

I do reside on the top floor of the town house but I am renting the bottom floor. Please when sending a request to book specify the amount of people will be in your party.

PARKING is available on our street, please apply online for visitor parking on Washington DC parking website.

It is a block away from a coffee shop, and 28 restaurants, as well as a block away from the Eastern Market blue and orange metro line. 5 blocks from Supreme Court, US Capital, library of Congress. It is steps away from the entire DC area!

NO USE OF SHOES INSIDE THE PROPERTY - 100 year old refurbished wood floors are valuable and guest will be responsible for damage.

Please note: There is a taxi driver which works with our property and he could be used at your discretion in cases where you may need transportation to various places while you are at the property. He can also pick and drop you up from and to the airport.
Parking permit is self application on line.
