“Clean room. Quiet.”

“The heat was set to 54 when we arrived. Took until the next morning to feel warm inside. When the outside temp dropped on Thursday night, the back bedroom was very cold, even with the heat on. Water in the shower after the hot water was restored (we discovered we had no hot water the first morning) was luke warm as well as shifting back to breathtakingly cold. Upstairs bathroom shower drips constantly. Toilet in the same bathroom sometimes takes hours to refill to be able to flush again. What……

“Parking was at a premium. If renting a car, good luck finding a place to park it. The property had an "old" smell upon entering. There was no empty storage for our things for a multi-day stay. We were also bitten many times by some insect, most likely in bed.”

“This was a really great location for exploring DC. We had a wonderful time biking around the city from Gravely Point.Food was close by, home was clean and organized. Check in great and host communicated very well with us.The only thing that reduced our rating, was having the pull out sofa in the basement, with a door that opened to the outside, and the other beds two floors up. We had planned to have five year old twins on the pull out, but didn’t feel comfortable with that. So grandma and……

“This is an older row house in a nice quiet neighborhood with easy on street parking. The beds are very comfortable and there is plenty of space for a family. The home seems to be in the process of renovation but the finishes are not a good quality- lots of chipped counters, sticking drawers, unfinished paint, ill fitting doors, etc. Two of the bedrooms are in the basement which may not appeal to some.If you want a good value and a quiet sleep and don’t mind the overall look -this is a good……
