Great stay at a beautiful property

Designer Washingtonian decor with a functional layout in a great location. Very well appointed. Responsive host and much thought and effort put into guests’ stay.

Lovely townhouse right on the hill

I would definitely recommend this house to other families looking for a spot close to the capital and the activities on the mall. The townhouse is small, but beautifully appointed and had most everything my family of 5 needed for a week touring the sites.

Great little spot!

Great neighborhood location with lots of reasonably priced dining options. Also very close to Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s etc. Conveniently located close to National Mall by quick trips on multiple different bus routes, or walkable in nice weather. The apartment was very clean and well furnished. We had a very pleasant stay.

Spring Break stay

This property was in a great location for our Spring Break vacation. Very close to the Streetcar and Metro station to travel to The National Mall area. Also, convenient to Whole Foods and other restaurants. It was clean and comfortable for my family of 4. Had all the amenities we needed. Would recommend this property.

Perfect Stay

I just returned home to Oregon after a 9-day stay in “Cherry Blossom Charm”. The flat was just as pictured. It was very clean and well appointed. We loved the location, very walkable or public transportation was just a few blocks away. I hope I can stay there again. Kathee

This place rocks!

Can’t get any better than this. Hosts were responsive and caring and attentive. Place was comfortable and convenient and clean. Very easy to order a Lyft from there. I highly recommend two restaurants within a 5 minute walk — The Boiling Crab and Fresca Taqueria. We had a great trip and it all started with Cherry Blossom Charm!!

Capital Area Comfort

Two pre-teen grands and I stayed for two nights while visiting the district. Our lodging was a highlight for the kids - they were suitably impressed and helped keep the place tidy. Location was spectacular, amenities were top-notch, everyone was cozy and comfortable. We didn't use the kitchen much but it definitely is more than minimal for simple meals. Would definitely rent again here

Great little house walkable to Capitol Hill

Just like the pictures … great little 2 bedroom place, perfect for our family of four. So nice having full kitchen & laundry! A few blocks to Whole Foods & easy walk to Union Station. A bit further, but still very walkable to the U.S. Capitol. The master bed is comfy, although a bit on firm side. The daybed in the second bedroom has a very firm mattress & could probably use an upgrade (my adult son added a bunch of pillows to pad it & slept fine after that). Would definitely stay here again.

Washington D.C. Family Vacation

We traveled to D.C for a family vacation in July of 2025 and stayed at Cherry Blossom Charm for a few days. The property is located just a few miles from all of the major D.C. sites/attractions, and we were able to reach all of them easily from the property using the bus and metro systems. The property itself was clean and tidy, and provided plenty of space for my family of 5 (Kids age 14, 12, and 6). The hosts were very responsive and informative, and helped ensure our trip to D.C. was smooth. I definitely recommend staying here if you are traveling to Washington!

We enjoyed our 4-day stay at this property! The house was just as described- clean and homey. The location was perfect for our daily activities, which typically led us west to the different monuments and buildings. We walked 2.5 blocks to the bus stop (#90/92) or half a mile to Union Station. It was a quick drive to the grocery store as well. We appreciated the parking pass for our stay.

Nice place in a good neighborhood.

We enjoyed our stay at this property back in May. The house was clean and the owners were responsive. Good location within easy walking distance to H Street, where you can stock up on groceries at Whole Foods or ride the free trolley (for now - apparently D.C. will cease operations sometime soon) to Union Station. The only thing I would suggest is more comfortable bedding - pillows and mattresses on both beds were stiff and flat. In addition, be prepared for steep stairs leading up to the front door and inside the house going to the second level! You need small luggage or someone strong to carry everything up those steps. Overall, I would recommend this property to a couple or a small family.
