One month stay review

Apartments are very well stocked in terms of linens, kitchen items, etc. Apartment was clean on check-in - they give a super crappy vacuum cleaner which makes keeping the place clean a challenge. My only issue was responsiveness of support - putting in a request and being told it would be addressed in 3 - 5 days based on priority is not really acceptable. It seems like their maintenance team is not adequately staffed - although all my dealings with them were fine.
