Cozy Spot

Cozy and tidy studio with everything needed for a stay in DC. There is a really nice park around the corner, and the host has excellent communication. Our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 tweens) is probably the max this space can hold; a couple or family with 1 kid would be a great fit. Super close to DC and restaurants in Arlington. We had a great stay!

Great for shorter stays and an amazing location!

This location is in a great spot! Right outside DC without the constant craziness of the city. As mentioned in the listing, parking can be tough but manageable. I would not recommend having more than 2 cars if visiting. The place was clean and well kept. Nothing crazy but comfy place to stay for those shorter stays in the area. Would highly recommend

Not worth the price

The outside needed a great deal of TLC. There was one weed about 3 feet tall. Also, the property is on busy road. I received no response to an email and It took 2 phone calls to get the owner.

Good for a night or two

It was on a busy street with no personal parking (as listing said). It is good for a couple of people for a couple nights . No washer/dryer . Outside needs unkept better . In a good neighborhood . Had one trash bag . 2 rolls of paper towels. No stove or oven . Regular coffee maker. No single cup kuerig. Good fridge . No dishwasher . No dish drainer . Shower only. Just a 3 star rating simply because it’s not fancy . Just basic . Better for a couple night stay . Probably would not use for longer again . Over all okay .
