Amazing place and location!

Our stay here could not have been any better. The host was amazing as was their property. The location was perfect walking distance in Alexandria. The property was so well stocked with welcoming items like coffee and snacks. Would definitely stay here again in the future!

Awesome stay in Old Town.

Loved this place. It was super clean and had everything that you may have forgotten at home (ie….mouthwash and qtips). Perfect location next to metro and restaurants. Caryn was excellent. We would definitely stay here again.

Cozy home located steps from King Street Metro. Perfect place to bring doggies with a walking/jogging path right across from the home. Check in was easy and Caryn was delightful!

King Street Oasis

Amazing host with great communication, great property with perfect little touches, and possibly the best location you could ask for. Literally steps to the King Street metro, and with the free King Street trolly, you are just minutes the water and some of the best restaurants in the area. It doesn't matter if you are visiting northern Virginia or Washington D.C., don't hesitate to stay here for the perfect place to rest when your day is done.

Convent, clean, affordable

We stayed here after a Washington Capitals game in DC. It was very convenient to metro from the arena to the Alexandria stop right near this property. Then we took Amtrak to Richmond the next morning. It was the perfect plan when hotel rooms in DC are prohibitively expensive. The home is clean and charming. We will definitely book again.

Everything was good. Loved the sound of the metro and trains. Caryn was great. Easy to reach and made life enjoyable. It does have steps which were a challenge but overall the house was much better than a trying to stay at a hotel. It’s location was great.

It's the little things that count...

Great little townhouse in a lovely neighborhood. Close to the Metro and many restaurants/coffee shops. A quick 30 minute Metro ride to the National Mall and DC attractions. Take the trolley or walk to Old Town Alexandria — both take about the same amount of time (15-20 mins). But, what made the experience excellent were the little touches Caryn provided — Metro Cards to borrow, toiletries you may have forgotten, and a super-easy check-in/out process.

Great Place

Quiet neighborhood and close to a lot of the things we wanted to see in Charlotte. Only thing lacking were things in the kitchen for cooking big meals for the family but we made due with what we had and even left a few things we bought for others to use later. Communication with the owner was excellent and they took care of any questions we had. Would recommend this place for any future travelers to this area.

Great Location

We had a great stay here! Great location for catching the metro and within walking distance to Old Alexandria. There are many extra amenities at this townhome like, laundry soap, dishwashing pods, plenty of coffee pods to get you started, sound machines, ear plugs, shampoo and reloadable Metro cards to use. The train and metro noise didn't bother us at all. Caryn was a great host. We would definitely stay here again.
