We love this neighborhood but….

We have stayed in this community multiple times and have loved the ease of use, amenities and everything. This time was a different story. I was shocked by how unclean it was. Rugs have clearly never been washed, the chairs were very dirty but the worst part was the floor. My baby walked from the front door to the kitchen barefoot and his feet were completely black. I understand a little dust in hard to reach places like under a bed or on top of the fridge but there was inches of dust it was horrible. There were a few other minor inconveniences like the garage door opener not working and the back door being nearly impossible to close. I really do love staying in this community but will give pause before booking again due to the lack of cleanliness.
