「 To start, the reservation process was very unclear. Instructions were vague to the point I could not find the page to complete any process requested. Check in again was almost impossible, It took us a half hour get inside the front door after we found the building. Nothing said Kasa on the building. 「St. Louis received several inches of snow on our arrival day. The property manager called to let us know they had cleared and salted the front steps as well as the back sidewalk and porch. 「The location was very convenient for seeing a Cardinal's game and other downtown attractions, and the price was better than most for a group our size. I don't know what is normal for this neighborhood, but during our stay, we heard gunshots one night and a car horn right outside our window another (likely a break-in, police were there a while) around 4:30 in the morning. There was a strong smell of weed all through our apartment one of the nights we came back. We saw a sign posted a few blocks...
