"The lobby and room were clean and bright. The breakfast was just okay. There was no milk left for cereal and some was spilled and there was no one going around cleaning up spills and tables."

"It was a nice hotel with nice amenities. The complementary breakfast buffet was delicious and on Monday and Tuesday nights they had a complimentary dinner as a thank you to the guests. The rooms were clean, the pool was nice and there was an outdoor fire pit area that was relaxing. What stood out the most was the staff. They were so friendly and accommodating. We arrived at 7 am and the check in time wasn't until 3 pm. They had us in our room and resting by 10 am. They never acted inconvenienced or put out by us being early. Quite the opposite. The price was reasonable and the location was accessible to Charlotte and the greater Charlotte area. They made our stay a very nice experience. Two thumbs up!"

"The room was very clean and very spacious. The staff was great. I thought the breakfast would've been the standard continental breakfast but it had a little extra. I had a great sausage and egg biscuit. This place is also one of the few hotels that have flavored creamer. That's a big deal to me since I'm not a true coffee drinker. I had a wonderful overall experience. "
