“Very beautiful and just peaceful. Owners”

“We were in the area for a family reunion. It was conveniently located to all the festivities. It was clean and had all the necessities. The air conditioner worked very good. The full size fridge is nice, but there is no oven, which was fine for us. The apartment is above the garage so there are stairs. Check in was very easy. Plenty of street parking.”

“Fantastic stay. Care has been taken to remodel this property and I appreciate that they turned on the fans and a/c before our arrival and added extra plugs next to the bed for easy charging. Beautiful home thanks.”

“The house was perfect for our stay in Oakdale. Exactly as the photos portrayed it, very clean and tidy, with a nice private backyard. However, I would have to say BEWARE OF EXORBITANT SECURITY DEPOSIT. I was unaware of this requirement until three days before our stay when I was required to pay the full amount of the deposit plus the rental fee for the one night stay. After checking the fine print on VRBO, which was not easy to find, I discovered that it is the host that sets the amount of the……

“Nights were quiet and the air conditioning worked well making it relaxing here. Small extras like a hairdryer were useful too.”

“Great communication from owner. Clean and welcoming place.”

“Having a spot right by the entrance made things more convenient. The queen bed provided firm support while the shower pressure refreshed me. Checking in took only minutes.”

“Jacob was the most communicative and helpful host we have had the pleasure to stay with. We had a few issues that he helped to fix immediately and was extremely responsive and ready to help. The property was great for a multi family trip and the kids all had a great time in the pool, playing pickleball, fishing and much more. A great spot to get away from the Bay Area without needing to go too far. There are also many stores nearby if you forget anything, yet at the same time we felt very……

“We had a great stay, the animals were friendly and great to watch.”

“The duplex is freshly painted and clean, overall a great place to stay for a few days for a decent price but it is dated and on a busy street. The mattresses could use an update and extra pillows/choices of pillows and some extra blankets would be nice.”

“Images on the VRBO Site at the time we reserved our space showed a lovely back yard which is what we were looking for because we have a 5 year old. Apparently, without notice they decided to cut the back yard to a small walk space vs the larger grass back yard listed. We tried reaching out to the host regarding the electrical but never received a response. Every time the A/C turned on ceiling lights flickered pretty badly and would cause us to have to turn off the lights in every room. This……

“Beds were comfortable enough for restful nights. Quiet location added to the peaceful stay experience.”

“Property did not charge extra for pets.”

“Es war sehr sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und mit vielen kleinen Sachen an alles gedacht.”

“It is a nice cottage with a great price. Ren was an excellent host. The refrigerator was not working and she immediately went into action to remedy that. It is not for the handicap or arthritic. The front door latch works hard and with my arthritic hands, I could not open it.Also not for the short person. I am 5'1". It was very difficult to reach the microwave. There is a full length mirror but all the other mirrors were above my head so while decorative not useable for me as a mirror. The……

“The room felt somewhat small but had everything needed including AC and stable WiFi connection. Easy access from parking lot meant coming or going solo wasn't a problem while running errands nearby arts center which I enjoyed during evenings here.”

“Easy highway access helped smooth solo travels during my two-night business trip stay. Basic amenities such as telephone and heat kept things pleasant all through.”
