「Comfortable and convenient, easy walk to university and public transport; plenty of space in the apartment. Cluttered kitchen with cupboards stuffed full of gadgets some of which did not fully work. Appreciated having a washer/dryer available.」

「This is an impeccably maintained home. I really enjoyed the backyard patio and dining area and took full advantage of it with such nice weather. I love the fact that I don't have to keep track of a key. Kitchen is well stocked with staples and plenty of dishes, utensils and cookware. Coffee filters and coffee availability was a big plus. Don't know if that was left by a previous customer or the owner but it sure did help.」

「Excellent location near main roads, yet on a quiet street. If you drink coffee, bring some along for the coffee machine there or visit the Tim Horton's just around the corner. Everything was very comfortable.」

「I stayed for one night because I had a event in Waterloo and the host was really communicative, the house was perfect for my group and very clean」

「Friendly staff」

「Excellent location to town of St Jacobs, the Farmers Market and a short trip through farm country to the Stratford Festival. We visit the festival annually and this will become our base for that.」

「My only issue was that there was no complimentary water in the room」

「Everything was so clean and smelt so clean and fresh, The bathroom was small and the parking situation is really not ideal, but overall it was honestly such a good stay, I would 100% come back.」

「Room very clean」

「Didn't know Breakfast was an extra charge.」
