This inviting space is perfect for gathering and relaxing. It features three cozy chairs and a plush L-shaped sectional sofa, ideal for sinking into after a long day. Of course, there’s also a 55" curved-screen TV, making it the perfect spot for movie nights or casual lounging.
The Cooks Kitchen
This kitchen is a chef's paradise! It features a gas stove and plenty of granite countertops for all your meal prep needs, plus a spacious walk-in pantry to store everything you need. Fully stocked with cutlery, plates, cookware, bakeware, and even a stand mixer, it’s ready for your culinary adventures. We also have the essentials, including common spices and condiments, along with a toaster for quick breakfasts. Coffee lovers will be thrilled with both a Keurig for hot or iced coffee and a traditional coffee maker, so you can enjoy your favorite brew, whether it’s a single cup or a whole pot. We’ve even provided a selection of K-cups , sugar, Splenda, and syrups to kickstart your mornings. Relax at the breakfast bar, which seats three, and savor your morning routine in style!
Dining Room

The open layout creates a warm and spacious atmosphere, making it an ideal spot for gatherings and shared meals.
Primary Bedroom
You'll love the king-size adjustable bed—complete with a remote, so no need to fuss with apps! The primary bedroom also features a spacious walk-in closet and an attached bathroom with a two-sink vanity and a walk-in, zero-entry shower for easy access. Everything you need for comfort and convenience is right here!
Bedroom 2
Get comfy in the queen bed, with plenty of closet space for your belongings. The guest bathroom is conveniently located just steps away, making it an easy and cozy spot for a good night's rest.
Office/Bedroom 3
Primarily set up as an office, this space features an L-shaped desk, a comfortable office chair, and a second monitor. It can easily be converted into a third bedroom, with a Queen-size inflatable air mattress with a built-in pump or Graco Pack n' Play, with sheets, blankets, and pillows, all stored in the closet.
Guest Bathroom
This full bathroom has everything you need—a tub and shower combo, plus a vanity with extra storage for all your essentials. We’ve got you covered with plenty of soft, cozy towels and a hair dryer, so no need to pack yours! Conveniently located between the second and third bedrooms, it’s the perfect spot for guests to refresh.
Laundry Room
We get it—laundry isn’t fun on vacation, but when needed, you'll have full access to a washer and dryer, plus an iron and ironing board to keep your clothes fresh. We’ve also provided a limited supply of laundry detergent and dryer sheets, so no need to bring your own!
Attached, Heated Garage
You’ll have access to the attached heated garage perfect for parking 2 cars during your stay. There is 240V outlet conveniently located in the garage should you need it for EV charging. While the contents of the garage are off-limits, there’s plenty of room to park up to three additional cars in the driveway. Enjoy the convenience and comfort, especially during colder months!
Guest access
To enter the home, guests will be provided a key accessed through a lockbox located on the front door. Guests have full access to all rooms in the home. A garage door opener will be provided as well. The garage is available to park two cars during guest stays, but any contents in the garage are off-limits.

There are no steps in the home and all doors in the home are 36" with a clearance of 35".
