"Unfortunately we had to depart 2 days into a 5 day planned staycation as my 92 year-old mum became quite ill. At her age we needed to get her home quickly. Despite the fact that this was beyond our control, the Cordis Hotel refused our request for a refund for the remaining days, meaning we were out $1200. My poor mum was so upset. I will NEVER stay at this hotel again in future. I prefer properties where they care more about the well-being of guests versus money."

"Its looking a bit tired in all aspects. Updated with a bohemian look didnt do the trick. Restaurant expensive and average. Perhaps I've travelled alot and execpt more or a price reduction would make it seem more aligned with the 3 star rating i give"

"We had trouble getting our keys from the broken key box. Had to msg and given smoother code. Poorly furnished, the amenities provided were insufficient for the number of people. Sinks were clogged and we had to spend some effort unclogging it. Many other shortcomings. "
