Perfect stay for our family!

We stayed Monday-Monday. This condo was fully equipped with everything we needed. It slept my 14yo, 13yo, 9yo, 1yo, myself, my husband and my mom comfortably! We have stayed at Riverbend before and having the pool and somewhere to dock our boat is more than convenient. The pool and pool are was immaculate every day we went out! We had a wonderful week and plan to be back for the 4th of July next year. The only few things I could suggest needed room for improvement is the communication with check in and check out process, facelift/repair to the dock, and an ice maker. Also if you are going to have an abundance of food like crab legs around the pool a suggestion that that trash get taken out because it was extremely smelly the next day. Other than those few things our trip was PERFECT!

Could’ve Been Better

I know when renting a place you can’t expect hotel quality but there were a few things that made the experience less than desirable. One, the strongly scented linens. I know that for most people conventional laundry detergent isn’t a big deal but for those of us who lead a low chemical life style this is just overwhelming. My husband had headaches and had a hard time sleeping because the scent of the linen was so strong. Also, couldn’t enjoy the outside because the laundry room smell permeated into the pool area also. They were doing construction in a room directly below us, making it impossible for us to sleep in on vacation also. The kitchen utensils were not clean, I had to wash several pieces of silverware and baking sheets in order to eat. Again, I have stayed at several non hotel locations, this wasn’t holding the the standard that I have come to expect in cleanliness or peace. The area is beautiful with Spanish moss hanging from the trees and close enough to a near by town. It was overall nice and what was pictured the the fine tuning just isn’t there.

Great stay in our condo for the week. When we arrived the check in was really simple and easy and the condo was clean and had all the amenities that one could want. Location on the property and views of the river was great. Looking forward for a return vacation next year.

212 is a nice clean unit . Great AC , great water pressure . We enjoyed our stay . The sliding door to porch needs to have new rollers installed on bottom of frame , the Master Bedroom Mattress needs an update it’s super hard , we enjoyed our stay
