Quiet and comfortable

We loved the location and privacy, overlooking a quiet part of the golf course. The house was large and bright, with great kitchen space for our medium sized group.

Great Location

Our extended family had a wonderful weekend getaway for skiing and snowboarding at Mt Hood. The home was very clean, well stocked and conveniently located. The access to a pool and the hot tub at the house were great hits, especially after a day outdoors. We would definitely return.

The house was very nice and clean. We rented it over Christmas, and they had a Christmas tree and some decorations. The kids loved it; it was a perfect home away from home to celebrate the holidays.

Mt Hood Village retreat

We had a fantastic stay at the Mt Hood Village retreat. It was exactly as advertised, wonderful balcony and hot tub and plenty of space for our group of friends. Friendly and easy communication. Would stay again.

Great Ski Trip

The house was clean and had all of the amenities one could want. The kitchen was fully stocked and all the desired appliances were available. The hot tub was in perfect order and heated when we arrived. Check in and check out was painless. Proximity to restaurants and the mountain was perfect. We had a great time!

A great property with room for 9 adults, an incredible deck and a hot tub that was clean and functioning well. The toilets have flushing issues and the oven broke, so there are some small things to remedy. But it was a great stay!

Wonderful time!

We had a wonderful reunion with college friends and our little ones. We went swimming in the pool in the mornings and played by the river every afternoon. We grilled most nights and the house was perfect. The rooms upstairs had a major issue with the AC but other than that all worked out well!

Surrounded by trees you really don’t know there are neighbors. Loved sitting out on the deck in the mornings. Ping pong table is so fun we had many family tournaments. The beds are very comfortable. Communication with mgmt company was easy. We would definitely stay here again!

A lovely 4 bedroom

Really great house! Very clean. Hot tub was great to have. Big family room was the highlight! It's well laid out, and the living room/deck has views of the forest and Huckleberry Mountain out the back. Kitchen was mostly stocked and everything worked even though the range/oven is a bit old. Would consider this a 4 bedroom, not 5, because one of the "bedrooms" faces the living room, has no door or privacy and has a fold-out couch. But this was fine with our 4-person group.

Entertaining and relaxing

Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay, but main downstairs bed was certainly not a king as described. Bedroom tv only had limited channels. Main tv had 4 remotes with complicated instructions. Televisions were never used. The mattress and televisions were small inconveniences and didn’t affect our overall stay, I’m just informing other travelers. The indoor and outdoor spaces were entertaining and relaxing in a quiet convenient location. I was not sure where to drop off keys before office hrs, so I put them in the box where I picked them up. Other offices have a clearly-marked drop-off for this purpose, so check-out instructions should be clarified for those that need to check out early.

Oh That Place Was Great!

Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, the decor and coziness gives nostalgia. We loved the space to spread out. The back porch was a great place for stargazing and morning coffee. The whole house was very clean and comfortable from garage with the ping pong/foosball tables to the back porch. We visited Trillium Lake, Mt. Hood, and the Fruit Loop- all within a short drive. Would recommend!

Pros were great hot tub, proximity to cute town of Welches and nearby Sandy and Timberline, comfortable furniture and beds, and spacious enough that it never felt cramped. Cons were out dated appliances and heavily worn cookware, old and sort of mildewy towels, and just a general layer of dust throughout different areas of the house. If I could guarantee fresh, clean towels the family and I would easily stay here again.
