  • The Cozy Den is located in the beautiful Daniel Boone National Forest near Cave Run Lake. It’s cozy, peaceful and perfect for relaxing with the kids or enjoying a private getaway with your partner. The queen size bed has memory foam mattress and there’s a full size futon as well. Full size bath and equipped kitchenette. Outside deck has patio furniture and a charcoal grill. Large loop around drive perfect for boaters! Only 7 miles from Clay Lick boat ramp and less than 2 miles from Long Bow Marina.

The cabin was quite cozy. We don’t bring pets and didn’t notice any pet odors or pet hair anywhere on the property, so that’s a big plus for owner care. The taxidermed deer and fish were a real nice homey touch, as our family fishes and hunts. A couple more strategically placed lamps might improved the lighting significantly. We enjoyed our stay and wish we had been able to stay longer. You have a very nice property.

We checked in later than expected and were very pleased that the Cozy Den was everything we expected. After long days of hiking it was the perfect retreat for a shower, dinner, movie, and general relaxing and recovery for another day of exploring.

perfect for a short trip!

This place was a wonderful stay for my sister and I. It’s a cute, cozy place for your weekend stays in the area. I definitely recommend this rental for 2 people. So peaceful and beautiful here!

Great getaway by Cave Run Lake

We really enjoyed our stay and found the cabin to be clean and cozy. We made use of the provided firewood and got in a lot of great hikes and a trip to the lake in short driving distance.
