"Breakfast not a full breakfast. Building seems fairly new, but is starting to settle. There are tons of repairs needed to create a 5 star experience. The first room we were assigned was not cleaned as if someone had been sleeping in the bed. Beds and mattresses are subpar, sit too low to the floor. Air/Heating unit was not working. Not enough towels and wash cloths in a double room for 4 people."

"My only complaint is that the carpet either needs to be deep-cleaned or taken up. My opinion is taken up. The room smelled bad from other animals, because it was pet-friendly and you could smell urine even my Shih Tzu was sniffing around. I ended up going to the store and purchasing incense to burn to get rid of the smell in order to sit in the room Seriously, the owner should consider removing the carpet. The staff was great, breakfast was nice, and overall the room was clean, except for the odor. Thanks"
