Welcome to East Coastin', a charming coastal 2-bedroom, 1-bath standalone cottage just 1 mile from the breathtaking Wells Beach- One of Maine's 7 mile pristine sandy beaches. East Coastin’ features all new furniture for 2026. This is a brand-new listing! The coastal themed cottage comfortably sleeps up to 6 people with a queen pillow top mattress in the master and two full pillow top mattresses in the second bedroom. Stay connected with Wifi and enjoy your favorite shows and streaming apps on the Roku smart tv's located in the living room and in both bedrooms. The bathroom includes a stand-up shower (no tub).

The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook a homestyle meal or enjoy takeout at one of the many restaurants located less than 5 minutes away. Enjoy dinner at the island complete with two stools or on the sun deck with an expandable table set for 2, which expands to seat 4. The front porch offers additional seating to enjoy beautiful sunrises and sunsets.

The community offers a shared seasonal heated pool, hot tub, (both open Memorial Day weekend - September 15th) basketball court, laundry room, playground and games and books for your enjoyment. The cottage rental comes complete with two assigned parking spaces.

Guest access:
-Keypad on door.
- Management is located on-site.
- Registration must take place to register vehicles. (Office hours are 10 am until 7 pm).

-The cottage is 675 sq ft including the sun room.
-Must be 21 & older to book, for insurance & property management reasons.
-No Smoking.
-No events, parties or large gatherings.
-No pets allowed.
-No loud music.
-A.C and Heat is only in the living room.
- Ceiling Fans are located in the sun room, both bedrooms and the living room.
- Additional fans are in both bedrooms.
- Two beach chairs are provided.
