Beautiful home and well appointed. Very comfortable for a larger group of family. Great quiet location near the beach.

We loved our stay in Wells! We especially loved that the beach was an easy walk from the house. The house was very comfortable for our family of 6. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. We also enjoyed the front patio for lunches and happy hour and a place to retreat and read. Franny was super responsive to our questions.
