“The pool was great fun. We have dogs, and they loved the side yard...lots of room to run. They also had fun at the dog park. The house is perfectly situated; only minutes from beach, town, grocery stores and yet you feel like you're out in the country when you're inside or by the pool. Very quiet area. Had a wonderful time.”

“We arrived after 2 days of travel from N.C at 8pm. The pictures of the cottage were deceiving. The top floor had the master with no bathroom and the stairs to climb were quite precarious for 2 people of 70 years. The other bedroom was in the lowest level and smelled like a basement ,and had a lot of stairs as well. The main floor contained the kitchen with a stove that was rusted and dirty as well as the refrigerator didn’t look like it had been cleaned. The host could not help us and also told……

“I already was familiar with the location as I lived in the area for over 20 years. The hostess Andra was amazing - fresh baked muffins, she was available when needed for any needs- even provided me with microwave popcorn! The location is right on Great Bay, lovely views - and amazing gardens surrounding the location. The bed was extremely comfortable (major in my mind) and the decor induces relaxation. If stairs are an issue, you may need to consider this in your decision. That said I……

“This home is absolutely gorgeous—the photos truly don’t do it justice! From the moment we arrived, we fell in love with the space. We were welcomed with a thoughtful bottle of rosé and cookies, which was such a nice touch and set the tone for a wonderful stay.The house is spacious, spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. “The house is in an excellent location if you want to get around to restaurants or the beach but also tucked away for a quiet neighborhood experience. The house itself is big with plenty of living spaces. We loved the coffee bar and it was very well stocked. The fireplace was nice to have for our February stay. It's always great to be able to get everyone together, and when we initially didn't have a place to host it this year, this was the solution that saved the day. As a good sized group of friends in our 20s, we were a little concerned about whether we would disturb the neighbors given that the property is shared with the owner, but the rental doesn't share a wall with the main house and though there……
