“We had a wonderful relaxing weekend at minisands! Great for a couple. Everything was clean and communication with the host was outstanding. Having the ocean across the street and being able to walk to restaurants was a plus. We will definitely return!”

“This ended up being the perfect place to host our annual friends' get together for the holidays. It's always great to be able to get everyone together, and when we initially didn't have a place to host it this year, this was the solution that saved the day. As a good sized group of friends in our 20s, we were a little concerned about whether we would disturb the neighbors given that the property is shared with the owner, but the rental doesn't share a wall with the main house and though there……

We had some pretty intense thunder storms during our stay which led to power outages in the area. The owner provides a notebook with instructions regarding the use of the property that you will need to review and there are reminder notes in the house that are helpful. The outdoor area is wonderful and private and the outdoor kitchen area is nice.”
