Come and relax at the “Seaside Serenity” of Seaglass Village. This cottage is
located in a family friendly gated community. There is so much to do here
without even leaving the property. Seaside Serenity Sanctuary is located towards
the back of the community, beyond the tennis courts and before the pickle ball
courts. This newly renovated 2 Bedroom cottage has all the comforts of home.
The front porch with ceiling fan and cathedral ceiling provides a delightful cross
breeze with many large windows to also let the sunshine in. There is a fully
equipped kitchen with granite counter tops and two bar seats. The living room is
very bright, cheery and comfortable with a new queen-size sleeper sofa, oversized
chair, 45” flat screen television and ceiling fan. The primary bedroom includes an
incredibly comfortable queen-sized bed, ceiling fan, double dresser, 32” television
and ample closet space. The second bedroom has a full-sized bed, dresser and
rocking chair. The bathroom includes a tub/shower, granite vanity, and stacked
washer/dryer. Towels and linens are also provided. There is electric heat for the
off seasons and A/C for the summer. The outside space provides you with a gas
grill along with a table and chairs.
The resort offers spectacular amenities including a clubhouse with a modern gym
as well as a 60' x 50' walking resistance pool, 75' x 45'
adult swimming pool and oversized adult Jacuzzi.
The family pool is fun for all ages with a large, heated
pool, small kiddie pool, with plenty of tables, umbrellas, lounge chairs and gas
grills for your use. Bring your s’mores and enjoy the fire pit!!
Get out and enjoy some of the exciting places Southern Maine has to offer. From
the beautiful beaches to the amazing restaurants, and cute little shops. The
Ogunquit playhouse is just a few miles away, if you want to take in a show, or
enjoy shopping at the Kittery outlets. There is so much to see and do in and
around Wells, whether you want to spend your days at one of the many beaches,
check out the charming nearby towns of Ogunquit and Kennebunkport, visit the
unique shops, go antiquing, walk the Marginal Way, or just sit, relax, and enjoy
the many Seaglass resort amenities.
