Set within the highly sought-after resort of Wells-next-the-Sea, Chinewrde not only offers a warm welcome to guests but also boasts two private parking spaces, something of a rarity in this gorgeous little town. Just a 5-minute stroll from the picturesque quay and the centre, which is packed with traditional and artisan shops, cafés, inns, and restaurants, there really is a great deal to love about this family house.

Sleeping six in three bedrooms, this property also boasts two living rooms, each with its own wood burner, making this the perfect choice whatever the season. With an open-plan living space, this property offers plenty of room to spread out, and the well-equipped kitchen is a joy to cook in. The three comfortable bedrooms and family bathroom are found on the first floor.

From here you could wander into town and enjoy something different to eat every day, whether it is eating fish and chips on the quayside or watching the little boats bobbing on the tide, or something more refined, you will be sure to find it close by. Wells also has one of the best beaches in the area. It is wide and sandy, adorned with painted beach huts, and is the perfect place to catch some summer sun or blow the cobwebs away with a blustery winter walk.

You will find that this lovely town has everything you need, but do venture a little further as you will find an array of coastal habitats all waiting to be explored. Those seeking to get close to nature will be spoilt for choice with salt and clay marshes, and many migratory habitats to be found. Anyone looking to immerse themselves in history will be delighted to find the Holkham, Houghton, and Sandringham Estates, along with Castle Acre, Castle Rising, and the Hanseatic Quarter of Old Kings Lynn, all within easy reach. It is no exaggeration to say that this unspoiled area of Norfolk really does have something for everyone. And after a day of sightseeing, you can return to Chinewrde where you can ensure of a great night’s sleep. Beach 2 miles.

Excellent accommodation, better than photos suggest. Well equipped and exceptionally clean. Great to have 2x car parking spaces. Only down side was road noise but overall excellent and good value.
