Ideal location in the heart of Wells and plenty of space for x3 couples. Heating effective and all rooms had enough space. Only complaint was that we moved some furniture and there was debris underneath and cobwebs in the lights and ceiling which surprised us in this climate we now have to live in. Also the stairs to one of the bedrooms were very steep and could cause some issues with people with poor mobility but overall we had an enjoyable stay
