「We booked five rooms for eight nights at Hotel Szafran for our group of ten. We were very pleased with the rooms - plenty of space and quite comfortable and clean. Although there wasn't a/c in our rooms, the standing fans helped a lot. The breakfast was fantastic and the staff were kind and helpful. The location was perfect as there was a shopping center next door, and we could easily find supplies for our service project. 「Ottimo mini appartamento con tutti i servizi: lavatrice, lavastoviglie, cucina attrezzata anche se manca qualcosina tipo tostapane qualche coltello che taglia e una cappa fumi e luce zona cottura ma questi sono consigli non critiche. Anche una scopa per pavimenti. A un km c'è un grade centro commerciale e proprio sotto casa un mini market. L'ho trovato molto comodo lo consiglio.la gestione molto cordiale e disponibile」

「Only one issue. When booking on hotels.com it said check was at 15:00 and checkout was at 12:00. When I received information from the hotel on the day of arrival, just few hours before check in, I was now informed check in was at 16:00 and checkout the following day at 10:00. Luckily we had planned to leave at 09:00 but can be an issue to some. 」

「very pleasure stay in Bytom. however, wifi is bad at room, even lobby sometimes were not workable well. Only in front of elevator is good. Breakfast is fantastic. Garden is very pretty and enjoy sunshine there. No bus stop nearby, you must go by taxi first. From hotel to the airport is around 15min, but cost Pln65, which is higher than warsaw. Restuarant waitors are friendly」

「Our room was large and very comfortable with excellent air con. It had everything you needed. The staff were professional, friendly and efficient. It was an excellent location next to everything. The bar was a nice environment for drinks. The price was extremely good value for money. I can't think how it could be improved other than a shower cubicle rather than a shower over a bath but that is personal choice.」
